This is what I see.

D:\usr\sap\\D00\exe\sapcrypto.dll

I see the SID missing in it. Not sure whether you removed it from the trace file or the trace file is generated like that. It should be D:\usr\sap\SID\D00\exe\sapcrypto.dll

Can you check whether you get the same warning when you execute the below command as sidadm from the command prompt.

brconnect -u / -c -f check

Have you tried updating the BRTools ?
