Hi Jay,
Is the issue resolved? The screenshot you paste here says your oracle is up.
Can you check if the Listener is up and Running?
Please log-in with orasid user and give the command
lsnrctl start
It should return "The Command completed Successfully"
Check Listener status with "lsnrctl status" command
Again start your oracle if needed and then with sidadm user, check the output of R3trans -d as suggested above.
