Is the file /usr/sap/SID/SYS/profile/SID_D00_sapprd02 exists in the OS level.
Are you able to list the file from OS level
Can you please let us know What are the components running on Node 1 (like DB, App1 etc.) & what are in Node 2
Did you install additional app server in node 2. Is your file system /sapmnt/<SID>/profile is visible from Node1 & Node2 (I mean is it NFS ?)
