Hi,
I do not understand the question properly.
1.- End of support for any oracle version is marked by Oracle not by SAP.
2.- in the note mentioned by you (1174136) it can be found when Oracle ends its standard support for the version 11.2 (End January 2015) => all versions (11.2.0.1, 11.2.0.2, 11.2.0.3 and 11.2.0.4)
It is also mentioned that the extended support ends in January 2018. Oracle Extended support only applies to the last patchset 8this is not mentioned but, again, standard Oracle)
It also mentions that the first year of extended support is free.
what does not mention there is that, exceptionaly, Oracle will provide free extended support for 11.2.0.3 until end July 2015. Therefore the last SBP will be in august.
This is mentioned on the note 1431799, 1631931 and the most important, 2098258.
