I have checked and the two locations
/RDBMS/12102/oraInst.loc and /oraInventory/oraInst.loc
Inside /RDBMS/12102/oraInst.loc I can see two entries:
inventory_loc=/oracle/oraInventory
inst_group=oinstall
Do you think the inventory location should be /oracle/RDBMS/12102 ??
