The problem is with the file /oracle/KBP/sapdata4/kbp_24/kbp.data24
When you do an ls -la /oracle/KBP/sapdata4/kbp_24/kbp.data24 do you see this file ?
You should be using BRTools to extend the tablespace and for other database administration tasks.
BRTools will take care of the directory creation and the datafile naming conventions as well.
I suggest you to update the BRTools and check whether the issue persists.
If yes then you will need to rename the datafile.
