Hello Mahendra,
Based on the brbackup log file, the error is very clear that
BR0382E File/directory name '/oracle/KBP/sapdata4/kbp_24/kbp.data
24' contains blanks - file cannot be processed
For this issue, you may refer note 868750 which will give you some idea
how to handle it.
For the rename the datafile using the BRTools,
You can rename the datafile as following.
-> brtools
-> 2 - Space management
-> 6 - Move data file
